How to make Kimchi Jjun at Home (:
Making traditional Kimchi Jjun pancakes at home couldn't be easier now. We packaged a "DIY" package that includes the pre-mixed flour base, with our homemade kimchi, and some gochujang sauce, key ingredients to making a crispy pancake. 
Here's the breakdown! 

• wsyp do miski 1 szklankę kimchijeon mix

• dodaj posiekaną w piórka ½ cebuli i garść szczypiorku, 3 łyżki sosu Tokbooki, 3 łyżki kimchi i ¾ szklanki wody- wymieszaj dokładnie

• rozgrzej nieprzywierającą patelnię i wlej kilka łyżek oleju

• nałóż cienką warstwę ciasta i smaż z dwóch stron na złoty ciemny kolor, tak by przegi placków były przypieczone i chrupiące.
