Doboki for 1 portion

7 pieces of rice cakes
200 ml water
2 Tbsp dopoki sauce

Heat the water in a small saucepan, add dopoki sauce and mix well . Keep cooking on high heat , add rice cakes and cook until they will become soft and tender. At the same time watch sauce , mix from time to time and reduce to light thick emulsion.
